Quick Facts
- Monday - Friday, 12 - 8pm CST, Weekends, 5-8 hours between 5am - 11pm CST
- Must be able to work 20-40 hours per week for 60-90 days
- 4-8 patients per day
- Training completed over 2 days
- Healthie EMR, Asynchronous Refill, Doxy
- Must have Alabama License plus three other active NP licenses
- Provider will need to have their own Laptop and dedicated Workspace
Description
Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Telehealth Adult Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Alabama state license plus three other active NP licenses. Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 12 - 8pm CST, Weekends, 5-8 hours between 5am - 11pm CST. Preference to local candidate. Will see 4-8 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is Adults. Experience with following Weight Loss Drugs a plus: Zepbound, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Ozempic, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Trulicity, Victoza, and Generic Contrave. Provider will need to have their own Laptop and dedicated Workspace.
