Hey guys, I participated in the UAPRN state conference call tonight, here are some highlights.

***We need to decide what we are going to do in our chapter for Community Service Day. We need to choose 1 day out of these dates (10/18 or 19 and 10/25 or 26). Suggestions are welcomed. One idea is to do provide health checks but at a homeless shelter. We should have folks there instead of waiting on folks to come.

• Conference in Macon this weekend. UAPRN state bylaws will be voted on but you must be present to vote.
  
  
• Ballots will be sent out for election of our State UAPRN group, you must be an active member to vote
  
  
• If you have not re-joined the membership, please do. There are 150 expired members
  
  
• Last, there is a gala being planned to honor the preceptors and the preceptees on 11/14/14 at 7 pm in Atlanta at Villa Christina ( I hope that spelling is correct). P
